GIC Digital Solutions is pleased to announce the brink of an exciting new chapter! We are starting the summer of 2019 with a bang as we are not only refining existing services, but are also introducing new ones that we hope will elevate your customer experience even further.

In this update, we are introducing a 24/7 phone support system, a new office address and much more!

  • Continued Support: We are further extending our commitment of delivering the best customer service and support with the introduction of our 24/7 phone line. Be rest assured that we have got you covered whether it is a technical issue, inquiry or forgotten password; we’ll just be a phone call away!
  • A New Home: We have acquired a new space that we can call home in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This location will serve as our headquarters and we honestly cannot wait to decorate and break in the conference room with client engagements.
  • New Look & Feel: With the 6.0 update, we are unveiling our brand new logo and redesigned website. Since continuous improvement remains a core value of our brand, this new look embodies our growth and modernization as we take forward strides towards our 10 year anniversary.
